Pipeworks Market Donut Competition: Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Pipeworks Market Donut day Competition held on social media beginning May 30th, 2024.
Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Like the designated competition post on either the Pipeworks Market Instagram (@pipeworksmarket) or Facebook Page (@pipeworksmarket).
- Comment under the post, tagging a friend.
- Follow the Pipeworks Market Instagram or Facebook Page (whichever platform you entered on).
- Share the Pipeworks Market donut day post on your stories and tag us.
- Not be an employee, family member of any Pipeworks Market Vendor, or anyone affiliated with Pipeworks Market.
Competition Period
The Competition starts at on Thursday, May 30th, 2024, and concludes at 1:01 PM (AEST) on Saturday, June 8th, 2024.
Winner Selection
The Pipeworks Market Marketing Team will randomly select twenty (20) winners on Saturday, June 8th, 2024, at 1:01 PM (AEST).
Prizes
Each winner will receive a non-transferable prize voucher for a box of 10 hot jam donuts. This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered (Instagram or Facebook) after the competition closes. Winners must respond with their full name, email address, phone number, and preferred pick-up date.
Prize Claim
Winners must collect their prize voucher from the Pipeworks Market Office during market operating hours on their chosen pick-up date. Winners must present a valid ID to claim their prize.
Unclaimed Prizes
If a winner fails to respond to the notification within 24 hours, alternate winners will be chosen and contacted.
Organizer
This Competition is organized by Pipeworks Market, located at 5 Dunstans Court, Thomastown.
